Can the app receive international calls?

At the moment, Slickcall only allows you to make calls to any country at the most affordable rates. As we’re constantly working to improve our service, we hope to offer the opportunity to receive international calls soon. Stay tuned!

How to use Slickcall while traveling?

While traveling, you can still use Slickcall. Connect your device with internet and use Slickall to make calls. Please note that before calling any of your contacts, just make sure that all the numbers are in international format.

I am facing trouble while calling. What should I do?

If you are facing issues while calling, consider the following troubleshooting guide:

Call with poor voice quality:

If you hear a distorted voice during an international call, it may be due to poor network quality. To make sure that the quality of your calls is always high, the app prefers a Wi-Fi connection.

Old app version vs the latest one:

For the best experience, we recommend that you update the app. If your app is not up to date, the problem may be due to connectivity issues associated with the older versions of the app. Hence, it is recommended to keep your app updated.

How to download the Slickcall app and sign up for an account?

Slickcall allows you to make international calls so you can stay connected with your loved ones. The app is compatible with both Android and iOS. Using the internet, you can call anywhere in the world at any time and avail of quality calling at affordable rates. Install the Slickcall app from Google Play or App Store. Please refer to the How to Register guide here.

After your number has been successfully verified, you will be asked to give access to your phone contact list. Once Slickcall gets access, all your phone contacts will appear in the app. Also, allow the Slickcall app to access your microphone. If you deny the microphone access, your call quality will suffer.

Your contacts will automatically sync with the app once you allow the app to access your contacts. If you do not wish to sync your contacts, then you will not be able to see them in the app. To call a contact from the app, tap on the search bar and enter the name of the contact you wish to call or select them directly from your synced list of contacts.

General Information

Can I use a virtual mobile number to sign-up?

No. You need a local SIM card based mobile number in order to sign-up for Slickcall app. The Slickcall app doesn’t support Voice over IP (VoIP) numbers.

What is Slickcall’s refund policy?

Slickcall does not entertain requests for a refund. Once the purchase has been made, it is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

What are the other ways I can reach out for customer service if the customer support line is busy?

Although, we are capable of handling huge volumes of calls from our customers. Still, our valuable customers can drop us an email at [email protected] or use our social media handles to reach out to us for support using Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

The pandemic has disrupted the world in many ways. However, Slickcall is making sure that it constantly provides premium quality calling services so that its valuable customers can stay connected with their loved ones.

How to add a credit?
  • Open the Slickcall app
  • Go to “Account”.
  • Press “Add Credit” button.
  • Press “Add card” and add credit card details.
  • Choose the amount you want to add and Press “Pay”.
I no longer use the Slickcall app. How to avoid being charged for the services?

In case you aren’t using our services and you are still being charged for the services via deductions from your credit card account, your auto-top-up is likely enabled and you are still subscribed to our services.
